Customized Massages
Almost every aspect of our massages are customizable. The lighting, the tables, the temperature, the pressure, the essential oils we use, massage techniques, etc. Our highly trained therapists listen to what your concerns and expectations are for the session, and they adapt each treatment to accomplish those expectations. No need to book for a specific area, just choose the length of time and we will do the rest. We do have some suggestions on time based on booking for expectations. We have sessions from 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. Please use the below descriptions as a guideline when booking.
30 Minutes
We recommend this amount of time for emergency fill ins or for quick "hold me over" services. We like to work in a 360-degree approach however, this amount of time would only allow for one side of a treatment area. For example: Right shoulder front to back, but little to no attention to the left shoulder.

45 Minutes
The 45‑minute session offers the same purpose and style of care as the 30-minute session, but with a little extra time. This allows us to be more thorough, expand the area we can treat, and give you a more balanced experience while still keeping the session short and efficient.

60 Minutes
We think this is a great amount of time for a quick relaxing full body, attention given to upper body (hips up) or lower body (hips down), or great for a specific area focus (low back/hips, or upper back/neck/shoulder).

This is our favorite suggestion for everyone generally! In an hour and a half we can get to a general full body with additional time set aside to focus on an area of concern. You can also break this into 2 specific issue focuses like lower back/hips and upper back/neck.

Want it all? With 2 hours of customized treatment, we can get to a full body and put in some detailed work all over or for those with troublesome areas we can focus and still get to a full body.

Dewdrop Springs $5
Enhance your experience with a soothing hot towel for your face, available before or during your session. Choose from calming scents such as Lavender, Eucalyptus, or Wild Orange essential oils, or opt for a non-scented version. This treatment is designed to cleanse, refresh, and invigorate your skin, providing a luxurious touch to your session. Allow the warmth of the towel and the aromatic oils to rejuvenate your senses and enhance your overall relaxation.
Aroma Veil $5
An eye mask is infused with one oil from a selection of essential oils, including Breathe, On Guard, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Wild Orange, Rosemary, Basil, Citrus Bloom, and others. Upon arrival, please inquire at the front desk to customize your oil selection. This personalized experience enhances relaxation during your service. If you choose to keep the eye mask after your treatment, an additional fee of $5 will apply for a total of $10. Enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy tailored to your preferences. Elevate your overall experience with this add-on.
Subterranean Resonance $5
Earth Grounding is an incredible add-on! We think it's "ground breaking!" There have been more and more studies showing the benefits of Earth Grounding. Fore example: reducing inflammation, decreasing pain and stress, and improving sleep and blood flow. We use an Earth Grounding Mat on our tables that you will lie on throughout you session. Here is a study done showing the healing properties of "Earthing or Grounding."
Prenatal/Side Laying Massage $5
Our Prenatal or side-laying massage is ideal for any of our pregnant clients and anyone that can't go face down or on their backs for our sessions. We use bolsters and pillows to create a very comfortable position.
Sylvan Springs $10
Hot towels are applied to your back, arms, and legs to effectively open your pores and initiate the release of muscle tension. This soothing treatment is enhanced with the application of magnesium spray, which is known for its relaxing properties. The combination of heat and magnesium works synergistically to promote relaxation and improve overall well-being. As the hot towels warm your muscles, the magnesium helps to alleviate discomfort and enhance recovery.
Lotus Lift $10
Cupping is one of our and our clients favorite add-ons. We use our silicone cups to increase blood flow to areas of pain or restriction. Creating a flood of nutrient dense blood that carries oxygen which is vital for tissue to heal. This will help trigger points break down quicker and allow the tissue to heal. We also use the dragging technique with our cups that allow for an alternative method of myofascial release and lymph drainage. Here is a study that dives deeper into the benefits of cupping.
Please note: discoloration from the increase of blood to certain areas can occur and is common for about a week.
Ember Canopy $10
We use near infrared light for 30 to 90 mins of your session time. Only up to 60 mins per one area. Red Light Therapy has been proven to reduce inflammation, help with skin elasticity, and aid in pain relief. Here is a study exploring these benefits.
Thermal Ridge $15
Experience the therapeutic benefits of our massage services featuring basalt and Himalayan salt stones. These stones are strategically applied to either targeted areas or the entire body, enhancing relaxation and promoting overall well-being. The unique properties of the stones help to alleviate tension and improve circulation, providing a truly rejuvenating experience.
Resin and Rind Infusion $25
This treatment really helps with inflammation and swelling, plus we love the smell! The room and your skin will be filled with essential oil aromas and each of them have been chosen specifically for their nerve calming, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxing properties. We make our own lotion that is used throughout the session to calm, soothe, refresh and ease the bodies pain and tension. Then for the most intense pain area we have a full spectrum balm that goes on a specific area.
Forest Floor Revival $28
Everyone is loving our newest add-on! With this service we will devote 30 minutes of your session to your feet! We will first use hot towels to soften and clean your feet. We then use our homemade Himalayan Salt scrub with infused essential oils and skin nourishing oils like sunflower and grapeseed. Then use hot towels to take the scrub off so we can put on our Keratin nourishing socks. We let that sit for about 10 mins while we add our Red-Light Boots before we finish this treatment with a focused foot massage!
Essential Compass $50
Experience a personalized wellness journey with our Zyto Scanner assessment before your session. This advanced technology provides a comprehensive report tailored to your individual needs. Based on the results, you will receive a customized essential oil blend specifically designed to enhance your massage experience. To ensure you can continue enjoying the benefits at home, a 10 mL roller bottle filled with your unique blend will be provided. Elevate your session with this holistic approach to relaxation and rejuvenation. Embrace the power of essential oils in your self-care routine.
Linger Starting at $30-$55
Linger on the table after your session ends to allow your therapy to hold and for your body to feel complete relaxation. Choose 15 or 30 minutes extra. If you already have red light therapy included in your massage session, enjoy a complimentary 15-minute Ember Canopy during your Linger service. For those who have booked the Forest Floor Revival, the Ember Soles red-light booties will be included at no additional cost for 15 minutes Linger. If not, both the Ember Canopy and Ember Soles can be added for $10 each. If they were added with massage session, then it's only an extra $5 charge for a 30-minute Linger.
